It seems that Cargo binds to Ctrl+R (and blocks) it globally (outside of the application itself).

I can't use Ctrl+R in Blender, or in the browser, when Cargo is running.

If I close the Cargo app I can use Ctrl+R, but if I start Cargo again it's back to not working.

(It's the only shortcut I've noticed this for, and it doesn't even seem to do anything in Cargo).

When I first encountered it I rebooted the computer because I thought there was some other weird issue, but it came back when I started Cargo again.
