It would be awesome to have realistic (not stylized) medieval/Fantasy interiors for Houses, taverns, dungeons, barracks, castles, churches, magic shops, libraries, laboratories, jails, etc.

Fantastic idea!! Which 5 assets do you think would be the most exciting to have in a kit like this?

Michael Reese Hi! I know you say 5, ...but I'd love to see:
Houses: Blueprint for an empty 1st, 2nd floor, and basement. 
Actors:
Chairs, Tables, stone floor, wooden floor, walls, doors, windows, carpets, stairs, etc.
Dungeons: Blueprint for a Rectangle, square and round room. A straight corridor, an L-shaped corridor. 
Actors: Stone floor, wooden floor, floor tiles, walls, doors, stairs, gates, skulls, bone piles, torches, fire, debris, wood planks, etc.
