Space Colony
These are not small circular living quarters mounted on the axis of a spaceship.
Instead, they are similar to the Rotating Wheel Space Station of Elysium and Startopia, and the O'Neill Cylinder Colony of Gundam and Interstellar.
The "assembly kit" for such a mega-structure for semi-permanent human habitation could be like startopia with different decks, eco-storages, or industrial zones, but with the obvious advantage that ------ could fit all the previous construction kits in, and claimed that "This is for the preservation of human history".

Really awesome kit idea! Which 5 assets or structures do you think would be the most valuable to have in a kit like this?

Michael Reese:
The "utopia", "arch-vogue", "high-tech-streets" and "oasis" kits, together with the forest vegetation, are located in the eco-decks.
Apparently, eco-decks are for rich people or ruling bureaucrats.
"future-warfare", "sci-fi-industrial".
Suitable for industrial decks.
"neo-tokyo-2," "cyberpunk," "neo-shanghai."
Low-rise buildings in all three kits.
together with "cyber-district" and "props-cyber-streets".
Into the sunless "ground floor residential deck"
In fact there are enough different micro-societies that can be assembled on the same interstellar colony station just by combining different building sets.
If an interstellar colony decides to preserve the architecture of a particular culture.
Just put those historical buildings in eco-decks.
Is this your marketing plan?
Assemble the space colony of your choice.

Or Arthur C. Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama. (Although, that could be an entire kit, if they did it right.)

Leland Green: The Rendezvous with Rama is an O'Neill Cylinder but does not include the translucent windows, perhaps the whole kit would have to be designed to accommodate different scales, e.g. the length or radius could be increased or decreased with the translucent windows and so on.
There is another classification of space station colonies ____Island One Bernal sphere
The geometry within the sphere is viewed through to the vanishing point of its axis, a visual layer rich enough to make your head explode.
Of course this may be too ambitious.
Island I Bernal sphere
Island II Rotating Wheel Space Station
Island III O'Neill Cylinder
The O'Neill Cylinder has its own structure, and in fact it's not too much of a stretch to split it into three separate kits.
