Assets stuck in never ending download loops

Hi all!!!! Sometimes my assets get stuck in a never-ending loop when I try to download them. After a while, they seem to be available for download again, which triggers another loop....I am never able to import those assets in Blender. I have a Cargo Pro subscription. Can anybody help please? Is there a way to fix those assets/repair them within Cargo?

Cargo is stuck in a never-ending and hidden download queue. There is no way to cancel it, and no way to see what is downloading, and what is making it all to just loop for eternity.
I read that some have manage to partly get around similar problem by changing texture quality and file extensions. From 4k to 2K, from png to jpg and so on.
That is nice for them, my problem is that I cannot find a download queue in the Cargo software at all, only that it says at the bottom of the screen that 3 assets are downloading. Since I can not find the queue anywhere, I cannot cancel downloads either.
It would be nice if:
a) You could access the download queue
b) You could see which assets is the bottleneck
c) Cancel an assets that are not downloading
d) Get a warning or not be able to choose when certain assets does not exist in for example 4K (only 2K) and/or only exist in jpg (and not in png), instead of jumping into a never-ending hidden download loop.
I have tried to re-install Cargo, and Autodesk Maya as I use as software. Nothing helps, only that when I go to the account page in Cargo, Maya 2023 shows duplicated times.
So it would be nice to offer a possibility to remove a 3D software from Cargo as well.

Usually what i do is reopen cargo and try another quality of textures and some one will work, some 3d assets can't download 4k jpg, others 4k png, some of them i really need to go down to 2k jpg. Same for some materials, my guess is that they simply don't exist in that type of quality, and the textures were made with less resolution.

we have problems with materials and kits don't work in cargo, I add list.
downErrores2.1, downErrores2.2 and downErrores2.3 correspond to the import error steps. In 2.1 the selected object is theoretically downloaded (it has the "downloaded" icon in the upper left corner), but instead of putting "Import" on the button, it says "Download", as if it were not downloaded. In 2.2 is when I hit the "Download" button, the circle stays spinning all the time and never downloads it or cares about it. 2.3 occurs when you select another object and reselect the object that was not downloaded/imported: put "Download" on the button again instead of "Initializing".
