[Bug] Cargo + 3DS Max Connection Issues

I've followed the detailed instructions and checked the box as requested but the button doesn't activate.
I've also tried the solutions proposed on this link by going to the command: pluginManager.loadClass "CargoConnect.dlu".
But nothing happens here's a screenshot

Hi Theo,
The next button will become active once the Cargo plugin is active. Once you see the checkbox next to "Connected to Cargo", you can move forward to the next step (Image attached)

I'm sorry but it's Steven Ibale who created this post following my email and I'm not very happy because firstly it's from last week and it's only just been uploaded and secondly he didn't put all the information I put in my email...
So to continue I've already followed the detailed instructions and checked the box as requested but the button doesn't activate.

There is a slight error in the instructions there. Could you try instead the command:
This should pop up the connection window.
If that also doesn't work there is one last command to directly activate the Cargo connection:
KB3D3dsMax.activate()
That last command should print something like this

Théo Briollet: Hey Theo, it looks like the plugin is now connected to Cargo. Are you able to continue in software setup / import an asset into 3ds Max?

Théo Briollet: Couple troubleshooting things to try:
- Close Cargo and 3Ds Max.
- Start Setup Software again. Select 3Ds Max / 2022
- Cargo will say it's installing the plugin, don't worry about that, you already have it.
- When you get to the activate plugin screen, if the KitBash3D menu and Cargo UI aren't working, repeat the above steps in the Script Listener: type in KB3D3dsMax.activate()
- Once the plugin is connected, return to Cargo and try to continue.
I know you've already done all these, I just want to make sure with a fresh restart that they're still not working. If they aren't, then there's a deeper issue going on and we can take the investigation to a video chat (if you're up for it)
