[Bug] Cargo Sign In Error | Invalid Credentials

I signed in yesterday and got in just fine. Go to login today and I get Error Message: Invalid Credentials. Tried changing my password, Cargo just freezes when I put in a new one. It doesn't recognize my old credentials and if the new password went through, doesn't recognize my new credentials. I'm stuck.

Christopher M, sorry you are experiencing these issues. Can you provide me the email address that you are having issues logging in with. Let me take a look and see what may be going on.

Christopher M: Thank you. Just to confirm, you are trying to reset the password. You receive the password reset confirmation code. You are able to insert that code successfully. Once you get to the screen to specify new password, it does not accept your password, and it does not give you back a reason why?

Aaron Rieger: Correct, what is happening specifically is: I put in my password and it says it's wrong (although I know it's correct), so I hit forgot password and it emails me the reset confirmation code, I put in the code and it takes me to the new password screen where I place a new password, then I hit submit and it freezes on that screen.
Also as a side note, the first day I downloaded it I was able to get in and I got to the point where I can direct the pathway to my steam/blender instillation and it just froze when it started the install. It did that twice before I gave up, then this password thing started happening. Not sure if they're related.

Aaron Rieger: So I'm now able to login, but it wont detect where Blender is installed. I choose Advance Setup and navigate to where the blender.exe is on my drive. I click install and then it hangs on Installing plug in. I've left it for over an hour without any movement.

yeah same here, cant get a valid code so I'm locked out of my account. tech support keeps running in circles not a good look very disappointed in this
