[Bug] Cinema 4D imports models without materials

So, I found a solution of this issue, so I deleted models that I downloaded previously and download again and I change the download folder, this helped me. If someone have similar issue you can advise it. Thanks a lot, now i’m buying a pro Cargo :D

Guys, Hi, thank you for trying to resolve my issue. I updated Cargo to last version, but materials still are not imported together with models :(

Have you tried re-installing cargo? Also check if the problem stays when trying different texture sizes. Is your asset inspector also empty?

Tomi Paijo: Yes, I re-installed like 2-3 times. Tried different textures 4k jpg, 2k jpg, 4 and 2k png. Asset browser also empty. Thanks

In addition, we've seen a number of unique bugs caused by network security or firewall settings. Check out our troubleshooting guide for network security and firewall settings as well. You may need to white list Cargo-related domains to ensure Cargo is working properly.
