My purchased kits are still showing as locked (and not even showing up in the access bar as owned). Mission to Minerva is showing up, but not the purchased ones. I have already tried a reinstallation. Username and p/w are the same.

Owned Kit (Victorian) doesn't show up with the Owned access filter. And all Victorian assets are locked.
