Same Issue, I have to reset my password because of this every time I want to use Cargo. One comment said share a file with support staff, but without direction on how to do that. Is there an email address to share it to?

Hey riku nagafuji, Carmen informed me that you're running into the Foreign Key Constraint Failed Error message. Follow the steps in my comment above to resolve the issue. And if you could send your cargo_v1.sqlite file to Carmen that would be great!

I was able to reproduce this same issue by cancelling the plugin installation for Blender when it got stuck. Deleting the cargo_v1.sqlite database resolved the issue.
