Raul Passos: I'm sorry this issue has been happening for multiple weeks now. Are you getting any kind of error message upon sign in? Or does Cargo just become unresponsive when trying to click the sign in button?

In addition, what operating system are you using?

Raul Passos: Hi Raul, we've just reset your account. If you go ahead and sign up using your same email address to create a new account, you should be able to sign in.

All of your orders will be merged into that new account, and that should solve this from here on out. Let us know if that works!

We've been doing a lot of investigating on this issue and it appears to be consistently due to a VPN, network security or firewall settings. If you're using a work VPN, I recommend turning it off and trying again.
