Current issue with failing imports

We are aware of asset imports failing on both Windows and macOS for a portion of our users with the latest update. This currently affect a portion of our users across all DCCs.
We are actively diagnosing the log files we have received from affected users and are working on a hotfix. Stay tuned to this post to stay up to date.

Cargo is working fine in Blender 4.2.3 since the 1.4.2 update. Thank you all for being so quick to fix it! Long live the devs :)

v1.4.1 for Windows and v0.5.1-beta for macOS are released to address a circular buffer issue that caused large assets to fail importing.
Fix for the remaining issue where empty or null assets are brought into the DCC is ongoing.

Wanted to provide an update to let you all know that we've identified the portion of the update that is causing issues with importing.
We're now working on isolating specific variables to fix the issue.
Pushing out a hotfix for this issue is our top priority right now, so we appreciate your feedback, support, and understanding in the meantime.

CRASHING, Not Importing textures etc. I should have kept working longer last night. When I started up my project again I wanted to download files into the same project like the day before. BUT- this time no gemometries -no textures. I updated cargo. Un and re Installed Cargo...No chance! I really love what Kitbash is doing. Their Kits are great- But Cargo is not up to their standarts. It plays with ones sanity. I trie to solve the problem with all the tips I could find online...NOTHING!!
Terrible! Buy the Kits- not Cargo!!

Cargo Imports but blueprint is blank no meshes or textures at all. happens every time i import anything.

Everytime i try to import anything into my unreal project it imports but nothing works the blue print is blank everytime and no materials or anything. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled cargo 3 times and i have no clue how to delete the plugin from unreal for me to be able to re install the plugin to see if that works. see this picture for example of the blueprint.

Update on 11/3/24, afterwords cargo would not recognize my software. I then reinstalled cargo and connected to my Blender 4.0 software successfully. I then attempted to import my downloads. Instead of the assets, all I got was an empty item named "Object". This is the same for every asset.
Also, I find it very inconvenient that there is nowhere to report an issue and no way to know if the issue will be resolved. This is not the first issue I have had with Cargo's updates, and with the amount of money I have spent with your company I would have expected better service and reliability.

It appears following the latest update that importing of Assets is failing. I can not import in to Houdini or Blender, it is just sending through a NULL asset, Houdini throws an error and Blender just creates an object
