Big bummer for now that I can't see/access any of my 13(!) OTOY Special Edition (aka C4D only) sets -- would be nice to be able to use them in blender especially now that the Octane addon version has been released....wishful thinking?

So as far as launches of software go, I'd put this in the 'fail' column. I'm sorry, I know your team wanted to get this out there, but giving it partially to the world, and not to a main software user community is pretty frustrating. I get so many emails and social reminders that I can't use it. Bleh. I am so annoyed now, I don't even want to buy anymore kitbash kits.

We're in the final stages of the integration, it should be available in the next release. We'll update this post when it's available. Thanks for your patience, we're heads down on making sure everything is solid for C4D and excited to get this out!

We're working hard to get through as many updates as possible, C4D has been our priority. Custom assets paths will most likely be in the following release.
In terms of support, we're targeting the last 3 versions of each software. As long as you're using C4D R25 or newer you should be fine.

Maxx Burman: Is there any way to download the C4D models from the website if I am subscribed to the Cargo Pro and waiting on the the C4D plugin?

Andrew Cook: Unfortunately there is not. You can download C4D formats for Kits you own from the website, but you won't have access to individual assets across the library.
