Despite having paid as of 11/18, the desktop app cannot be used at all with the first picture.
Stripe still has payment history, so it does not appear to be a problem on our end.
I have also contacted support via email, but why no response? Please respond as soon as possible.

Same issue. Bought pro version and don't have access to any kits that I didn't previously own. I tried uninstalling and logging in and out but no solution yet. I emailed info@kitbash3d.com my receipt of purchase yesterday. Hope to hear something soon.

Essentially I'm facing a similar problem to many, where upon being charged for the cargo pro subscription, I'm currently unable to make use of it as it was charged, but not registered on the system.
I've attached a screenshot of an obviously broken part of the process (it threw that error after charging me).
If I could be provided with an email to share my invoice and expedite a solution, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Update - This has been resolved and is now available.
However, there appears to be no compensatory action to address the current situation of more than 10 days of wasted time since purchase :(

I just finished buying kitbash3d pro while unfortunately not logged in, but still associated it with the email I used for my account. I have the receipt from them but I don't have access to the database of assets. HELP!

Just Updated Cargo to .2 Sadly my account now does not indicate my Pro purchase and is jammed when trying to connect to a project.
Any project in any Blender Version.
The update seems to have a glitch or two.

Upgrade my plan, I thought finally this would work. Cargo app still says im on basic, but can't even download a free model and import to blender. I've followed eveything from start to finish about 100 times today , followed every single troubleshooting article and /mabassador video' I can find
- even reinstalled my blender of C instead of D - - I think I need a refund, this doesn't appear to work at all.

I am unable to access despite being confirmed as a Cargo Pro subscriber. I just purchased the subscription 2 days ago and I am listed as basic and not able to access all the assets. I received a reply from a Steve (steev.paul@kitbash3d-c38ffcbdd72d.intercom-mail.com) but what he told me was not helpful at all. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing Cargo to no avail. Please fix this KitBash3D! I need the assets for a project I am working on!
