Hi there are two issues with your most recent update for building Redshift Standard Materials in Houdini:
The normal maps created are piped directly into bump input which causes apparent visual issues. Normal maps need to go into a bump map node set to tangential in order to work properly.
Secondly, by default all incoming texture maps are set to automatic interpretation, but for formats like JPEG, linear passes such as normal, roughness, metalness, need to be set to raw, otherwise they interpret all JPEGs as srgb and create undesired values. This latter issue is apparent in your c4d redshift setup as well.
