Totally fed up with Cargo NEVER working

I have been trying for months to get Cargo to work on various PC's to no avail. I am honestly beginning to feel scammed here. In the months that I have been using Cargo it has never worked well and now, for the last two months, it has stopped working completely.
No matter what I try it always says "Cannot locate your 3d software". I am importing to Unreal 5.3 with a brand new out of the box computer with NO previous versions of anything on it. First, no matter what install options I choose, Cargo simply does not install the plugin into my Unreal 5.3 executable application. It is simply not there regardless of whether the advanced or simple installation is attempted.
I uninstalled Cargo numerous times and have verified my install of Unreal 5.3 numerous times. The only way I could finally get the software drop down to even offer "Ureal 5.3 - Win 64" as an option was to manually copy the "KitbashCargoUnreal5.3" plugin from my Cargo install folder into Unreal 5.3. When I finally got that option, I thought I had cracked it, but no..."Cannot locate your 3D software" every time. I have tried both the simple install "Unreal 5.4" target software as well and nothing. I have restarted, reinstalled, and everything countless times. I was using it withe limited success until the last Cargo update that was supposed to fix everything after which is simply stopped working completely under any circumstances.
Why does this product simply not work? I have followed all your install videos, followed tutorials online all the advice in the group chats and nothing. The only thing that works with any consistency are the automatic bank withdraws to pay for my continuing Cargo subscription, which is basically useless at this point.
It's not my system either, I am running Windows 11 on an Intel(R) Core (TM) i9-14900KF with a Nvidia GeoForce RTX 4090 24GB with 96 Gigs of Ram so...please advise.

I have similar issues with cargo not working. My Pro membership is a waste of money because the software doesn't work most of the time and when it does finally allow me to login and download items I cannot import them into Blender. I get errors saying it cannot find the material files in the directory but when I navigate to the directory the exact files it says are missing are right there. Or following that I get an error that it cannot find the blender software when it second before just tried importing to blender and gave the error for missing materials. Following all the steps in the help articles and reinstalling etc have not resolved the issues. Feels like I am entering chargeback territory since this subscription costs hundreds and so far all it has been is a free donation to KitBash since I cannot actually use the assets I am paying for

Hey Steven,
It's clear that you've dedicated a significant amount of time and effort in trying to make Cargo work on your devices, and it's regrettable to hear that these issues have persisted.
- Can you confirm that you've deleted all previously installed Cargo plugins?
Since you've had Cargo for a few months, we've updated the Cargo plugin for Unreal mid February. Any previously installed Unreal plugins can affect performance if not removed. Below is a direct link to the steps.
- If Unreal is installed on a drive other than C:\ have you tried installing Unreal on C:\ and going through Software Setup?
- Review your network security settings:
To make sure Cargo works on your network, you’ll need to whitelist Cargo domains within your internal network security systems.
Whitelist KitBash3D API Domains and all sub domains:
Whitelist the following Cargo Asset end points:
Whitelist the following Cargo Installations end points:
Whitelist Cargo Executables and DLLs:
If you’re having issues from an anti-virus software or unauthorized installation privileges, you’ll need to whitelist the following executables:
Cargo by KitBash3D.exe
KB3DCore.exe
CargoDownloadApp.exe
CargoPlatformServices.Managed.dll
I've sent a message to you from info@kitbash3d.com to continue to troubleshoot with you if the above steps are without resolution.

No, tried everything you suggested and it still doesn't work. Non-stop "Could not locate your 3D software". Uninstalled Unreal and reinstalled it on C. Even uninstalled Cargo and re-installed it on C. I am not running on a network, it is local and there are no conflicts with any security measures. Most definitely, there are no previously installed Cargo plugins because this is a brand new computer that came out of the box late last week. There are no prior versions of anything on it. Unreal, Cargo and everything are fresh new installs straight from the websites.
Wasted yet another day trying to get Cargo to work. Again I ask, why does this not work...?
