User tried to sign into KitBash3D account on Chrome and got the following error message: error message: object reference not set to an instance of an object.
User then tried password reset and got the same error.
User tried signing into Cargo and got the same error.
User tried to reset their password in Cargo and also got the same error.
Last time user signed into KitBash3D.com was likely before the Cargo launch.
