is not giving me an option to subscribe on the application. it is saying i am subscribed and the next renewal date is this month end.

This should now be resolved in Cargo v1.0.9

Munyaradzi Feremenga: we appreciate your patience! We just released another update that should resolve this issue. Go ahead and update Cargo to v1.0.10 and try to upgrade your subscription again. If you're still running into the same issue, please let us know.
