Could you please make the asset more modular by separating the meshes as much as possible

Buildings are just the bare minimal shells, and if you want to access them it requires a lot of additional work to create walls, other rooms, interiors and so on. In high rise buildings, it means a lot of repetition and slight variations, ans is prone to error. It would be a lot easier if floors in such buildings would be static meshes by themselves, stacked up to the required height
