One more thing, for USD models, can they be real world scale? Right now they are super small and I have to scale them all up.

I agree I cannot wait for the Omniverse USD version, for now conversion from FBX/OBJ to USD seems best within your native 3D program.
Another question I have is, if the assets are going to broken out to indiviual files instead of all in one as the current set up is?
Photos of the files would be nice as well. This way we can save memory and resources and eliminate the need to remove unwanted assets, making it a more efficient production pipeline.
