Does the 10 Download Limit refer to individual assets, or individual kits?

I'm looking at the Cargo plans and the personal subscription mentions a 10 downloads per month limit, whereas the checkout page says 10 asset downloads per month. Do they refer to individual assets per kit, or kits in their entirety?

Cargo Personal allows 10 individual asset downloads per month. So, 10 individual assets from any of our Kits within Cargo. 
It does not include 10 full Kit downloads. 
You can download Cargo, for free from the top right of KitBash3D.com and check out our entire asset library before you choose a plan. 
We've unlocked assets from Mission to Minerva and Neo City Kits so you can try them out for free.
