General Questions

So, I installed Cargo, and added Blender. Had the "software not found error", ok, I fixed it, but not before I installed the same Blender software again. So I added it again but selected the blender-launcher.exe.. Now I have 2 entries, I cannot remove. Things then went from bad to worse, as the model is no longer available either.. I can't find it under "downloaded" in both the bottom left "downloaded" button, nor when i filter on models by "downloaded".. So, re-installing Cargo in to the same directories seems to recover downloaded content.. But the duplicated software settings appear as well. So, I uninstalled the blender addon, but now I can't add blender.exe again, because it's already there, but the addon is unavailable in Blender. Ok, i found the article about manual install.. Alot of this grief can be avoided, if allow users to "uninstall" an application configured in cargo.

When importing an object into Blender, I am noticing that the doors pivot on the center, instead of the side, where the hinges would be. Can this be fixed or can someone assist me in resolving this issue?

I'm trying to install cargo according to the instructions. I select the Unreak engine 5.4. I go into it, activate cargo. But I can't finish loading the application. The close button doesn't work. What should I do?

I tried downloading and i am suddenly getting this error for a few hours now. "Downloads Temporarily Unavailable" What's up?

I'm not sure if all USD files will have the same issue, but I took the USD files of the buildings and created a gallery to make it easier to assemble them in a scene. However, I’ve noticed that each asset feels extremely heavy—just a single building is using up 19GB of memory in Houdini. I’m working with 2K versions of the textures, but it’s nearly impossible to have more than five buildings in a scene, whether using the layout node, reference node, or any other method. When I load the files in Maya, everything works fine regarding the memory load. But in Houdini with Solaris and MaterialX, it's become almost impossible to work efficiently. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I'm getting bugged out transparencies in UE 5.3 but there is no 'Nanite Tools' option in 5.3 to set triangle thresholds (the recommended fix from KB3D). Anyone find an answer for this? Thanks in advance.

Hi all. I'm using CARGO into Unreal Engine 5.4.3, but the windows of buildings look bad when I try to make cities because they are fully see-through and reveal that the buildings are empty. How do I solve this ? Toby Virtual Filmer

I am having the neo nyc pack from your site. But it doesnt have the premade map file included. I dont wanted to make the city but I wanted to experience it using premade map. Is it possible to get the premade map file of city which is shown in first image of the asset.
