I pressed Download Model from Kit but it won't download. I'm using the $99 monthly plan. I don't get an error code-related notification, I just see an error in the download history in small red letters.

Hi 오수혁, happy to help you out with Cargo. To resolve download errors, the first step is to restart your modem, router and computer. 99% of the time, these steps resolve download problems. 
To ensure successful imports, please go through Software Setup again (Cargo -> Account Settings) and ensure that Blender is closed during the plugin installation.
