This has been happening too frequently and being a subscription service, its denying service to the customer. To be honest, it feels a bit artificial and done on purpose and i have doubts it really is an overload of service.

Even though the plan says its unlimited downloads per month, is there in fact a limit on the number of downloads per day? Every single day that I try and download something, I am able for a while before getting the Downloads Temporarily available, and the message is saying there is huge demand and downloads are limited.

This message is spammed to the Cargo app making it completely unusable, you can't go off and import some assets that you have downloaded before, as all you can do is click to dismiss the popup, only for it to constantly keep popping up. There is also no way to clear the downloads from the queue because the popup keeps popping up. If you restart Cargo, you still get the popup spamming because there is still stuff in the download queue. For each consecutive restart of Cargo, one item seems to be deleted from the queue, so if you had a queue of 20 items, you'd have to restart cargo 21 times to be able to continue using it.

If there is some sort of limit then the Cargo app should tell you the number of assets you have downloaded that day, and the number of downloads available for that day, rather than constantly spamming the cargo user with a popup saying downloads are limited.
